Set in the harsh era of Beowulf, the decimated tribe of Albin flees for its life from Hrothgar's ruthless army. When they reach a seemingly impassable chasm, the tribe members are faced with an awful choice. Do the stronger members scale the chasm, leaving the weak behind, or do they all sacrifice themselves to die together with honor? An engrossing tale of loyalty, faith, and perseverance.
