Into a cartoon courtroom (filled with kangaroos) rolls Justice "Choo-Choo" Justice in his toy train, singing the opening of "Chattanooga Choo-Choo." He's there to preside over the murder case of one Isabella Borgward, the notorious femme-fatale. The main suspect? Suzy Quzer. Her attorney, A.T. "Ernie" Law, and the prosecutor, Tallahassee YoYo, duke it out as Ferdinand "Bongo" Kknott strides in, deus ex machina, and saves the day. Along the way we flash back to the torched and torturous world of Isabella, complete with her enemies and suitors. A mystery to give Perry Mason a terminal attack.
